This is the Barris Market constructed by Hassan Fathy in Egypt. He was very talented architect, chose mostly to build housing for masses.
Maybe i work too hard at perfection. This is a spectacular building with very low quality placement of individual bricks.
There is no way to achieve in a short life...so keep pushing for it and you will produce awesome structures like you have been!
ReplyDeleteYesterday I was at my daughters school concert. She wasnt performing though. ( a whole story on school changes) I was a quantum improvement. The first half was different classes all on locally made drums. I was moved, and moved to figure a way to build the school a real auditorium. right now they have a box building. Can you imagine a huge vaulted auditorium?
