Did I tell you we have a wood fired pizza oven.
We use it frequently on weekends. More pictures than you want to see, but gives and idea how much we like it.
Now days it get it up to 450C on t he floor away from coals. the coals are 700+C
We make 6-8" pizza, individual size. Most eat several. sometimes we cant finish the third individual pizza
As head pizza chef is the kid.
The wood door didnt work. It burnt up after a month
We dont only put pizza in. Chicken in a open pot.
Cranking it up
Fribergs and Cunninghams. kids are elsewhere.
